Fix assertions to actually check the calculated sizes. The code to read TRE7 data (extended types offsets) only works for maps where tre7.recsize() <= 13. Maps can have larger record sizes and the current logic in TreFileReader.readExtTypeOffsetsRecords() fails with them. No problem for mkgmaps own maps but RgnDisplay may show nonsense with those maps
