Throw a MapFailedException when MDR sub file size > 2G instead of crashing later or writing empty files. Maybe remove this again if someone can prove that Garmin software can handle MDR sub file with more than 2G. We could probably stop a bit earlier when a Section.setPosition() is called with a negative value.
