[mkgmap-dev] r3633 only shows house number being POI

From Gerd Petermann gpetermann_muenchen at hotmail.com on Thu Aug 27 14:54:22 BST 2015

Hi Anor,

I used Google translator to understand that you are missing the even numbers from the addr:interpolation way
367627144 in address search.

I must confess that this is a bit special. The problem is that the node
http://www.openstreetmap.org/node/2603531426
is not part of the addr:interpolation way
http://www.openstreetmap.org/way/367627144

When mkgmap checks way 367627144 it finds that the calculated position for the number 248 is too far (~30m)
from the position given with node 2603531426 and it decides to ignore the addr:interpolation way.
If you modify the way to contain the node you'll see the even house numbers.

My understanding is that the addr:interpolation way should connect the nodes with addr:housenumber,
but I can change that when I am wrong.

Gerd

HI Gerd

Hi Anor,

I see that you changed the position of the POI and added some addr:interpolation ways
on 2015-08-26, but I am not sure what kind of problem you describe here.
Is it about POI search or address search?

Is your problem solved with the changes in OSM?
If not, please try to provide more details

Gerd

http://www.openstreetmap.org/node/2603531426#map=19/-27.24206/-52.02217

This POI to include the house number, is only shown in today's PBF number of this POI, other road number in this segment on the right side it does not show.

On the left side and odd numbers, usually showing this.

Test performed with the 3 latest version of mkgmapp
