[mkgmap-dev] type=through_route relations

Hi all,

I've noticed that the changes in r3649 http://www.mkgmap.org.uk/websvn/listing.php?repname=mkgmap&rev=3649
effectively removed the support for type=through_route relations, which was not intended.
I wonder if I should simply remove the rest of the code or if I should try to make it work again.
There are only 116 relations : https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/relations/through_route
so I'd prefer to remove the code. My understanding is that the code was used as a work around for some wrong code that 
calculated the initial heading value.
