[mkgmap-dev] unit tests

Hi Steve,

the unit tests in SimpleTest and SimpleRouteTest stop on the first failure.
Therefore one has to adapt one value, repeat all tests, adapt
next value, and so on.
I'd prefer to see all changes in one go. Is that possible?
