[mkgmap-dev] --index and TYP files

Just trying out this new option and I get:

Could not open /home/markb/OSM/M0000000.TYP when creating mdr file

Now I can see that it's barfing on the TYP file that I want to include
in my gmapsupp.img.

Is it possible to ignore the TYP file as far as the MDR is concerned or
do I have to change how I make the map?
