[mkgmap-dev] Finding a pub

... and I thought that it was just me.  I changed the mapping from:
point|amenity|pub|0x46|0x00|20

to:
point|amenity|pub|0x2a|0x11|20

(which is "British Restaurant") in map_features.csv to get a unique 
category for them under "food and drink".  This is with an old version 
of mkgmap though; there's probably a different (easier) way with the 
current version.
