Improve handling of "too big" maps and --keep-going option 
OverviewTooBig5.patch by Mike Baggaley
- show detailed sub file or file where possible including the limit that was hit
- allow to go closer to that limit (old code might have stopped 128K below the limit)
- stop if this limit was hit or another MapFailedException is produced unless --keep-going is used
