[mkgmap-dev] mkgmap r4048 seems to fix problem with hill shading

Hmm, seems that part of my post got lost:

Hi,
maybe we have to set a special flag when we write "no data" tiles (all
heights 0m) with headers like this:


Both mkgmap and BuildDEMFile write them.
