Sort sections 10 and 11.

10 needs to be sorted by increasing mdr11 record number (and by group, but we only have one group).
11 needs to be sorted alphabetically by label.

I say 'needs to be' but of course I have no idea at all if that is true.

Also restrict to points of type 0xb.
