[mkgmap-dev] Commit: r786: Remove old hardcoded rules for name and contours

Remove old hardcoded rules for name and contours
but add equivilent rules if you are using an old map-features.csv 
based style for backward compatibility.

New styles have to be particular about how to format the name
of a road and how to deal with contour lines etc.
