  Code cleanup : change very misleading field name and method names in class Numbers (nodeNumber -> polishPointIndex)
  - This field is really only needed when processing polish format. The value is related to the corresponding coordinate in the DATA0 list.
  - For convenience it is also used in unit tests.
  - It has no meaning when processing OSM data.
