[mkgmap-dev] Update on mapnik.txt typ file

Hi Joris

I'll edit in the new types (amenity=bench 0x6505, water point 0x650d,
borderpatrol same as police, camp_site 0x2b03 from 0x2b05) and if you
tell me where the changed translations were I can do these as well.
