[mkgmap-dev] omit items from overview

Hi Mike,

do you have a use case for that? My approach would be to change the resolution/level for the object, so I wonder why we need a special variable.

Hi Gerd,

Please find attached a patch that causes objects that have
mkgmap:nooverview=yes to be omitted from the overview map.
