[mkgmap-dev] Tiles missing

Hi Pierre

Try building one of the failed tiles on its own, ie replace
  -c template.args
with
  --input-file=path/name-of-missing-tile.osm.pbf
and then watch for any errors.

Suggest just have --max-jobs without a value
