[mkgmap-dev] Missing osm tags in the echo output

Hi Joris,

an alternative is to use the tag anywhere in the style, something like
direction=* | tag2=* | tag3=*  {echtogs "Aha"}

I thought about disabling the "unused tag removal" when echotags is used, maybe I really should do it to avoid this confusion.
