[mkgmap-dev] space before name

Hi Gerd

I think this would be an excellent  idea as surrounding icons with 
transparent spaces in a TYP file  does not do the trick - Garmin simply 
ignores them .

Also, interestingly, Garmin (Basecamp) does not support chr$(9) (TABS) - 
have tested this in a TYP file (it accepts chr$(10) )
