[mkgmap-dev] MKGMAP 4289

A recent change was made regarding indexing on .mpfiles.

But it seems to have stopped indexing.

Here is a sample street :

Screenshot 638 is a file made with 4286; screenshot 637 is with version
4289 where search fails to find the street name. The compiled .img files
are smaller, too.
