[mkgmap-dev] DEM File Format and mkgmap

If you are having problems with dem not showing for 1 level then it may 
be due to you  not using

--usedummydata=true

I find this is essential else indeed it produces dem files which have no 
effect at all !

I also have

--lastcolstd --overwrite=true
