[mkgmap-dev] Commit r3971: - roadNameConfig_v1.patch by Carlos Davida which adds more countries and languages

Yes, I know. I just wanted to mention there are a few occurrences of 
them in Portuguese. I don't think including them will cause too much 
processing time penalty.
