[mkgmap-dev] Commit r3971: - roadNameConfig_v1.patch by Carlos Davida which adds more countries and languages

Working on "Avenida" prefix (shared between Spanish and Portuguese) I 
also found a few cases with "de las", "del , "d'", "el ", "la " in 
Brazil and/or Portugal
