[mkgmap-dev] Spurious points & Basecamp blank tiles

Hi Teemu,

I do not yet know why but it seems that it causes problems when you use type
0x1001 in the points file.
Either this type is not allowed or mkgmap does something wrong when it
encodes it for  the img format.
