[mkgmap-dev] Confusing "Turn right" instruction

Hi Jakob,
sorry for the late response, I was on a cycle trip through spain for a
while. 
You are right, the turn instruction is confusing, but I don't see an easy
way to use the data you mentioned to avoid that in mkgmap.
