[mkgmap-dev] EU map too big?

Hi Gerd,

There was no problem when I skipped about 200 tiles (~1,5 Gb), the index was created. So the limit seems to be around 2000 tiles / 10 Gb of data.
I will try to skip split-name-index, lets see if that will work...
