[mkgmap-dev] Driving on Trail

Remove the footways tagged with footway=sidewalk. (
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:footway%3Dsidewalk)
Furthermore it might be beneficial for data quality when creators of these
footways always use footway=sidewalk when applicable
