[mkgmap-dev] building not equalling yes

Hi Gerd

I'm using a modified version of the default style which shouldn't really
make a difference

but

amenity=place_of_worship & building=chapel  { echotags "chapel"}
 
doesn't get any 'hits' whereas

amenity=place_of_worship & building=*  { echotags "chapel"} 

does .
