[mkgmap-dev] Debugging city/state indexing

Is it possible to see how mkgmap is indexing some objects? (for
example, how it's assigning a street to a city and state).
Does it use the is_in tag or it's able to use relations? (and if yes,
how do we specify what is an state relation, a city, etc)
