Hi Thorsten,

sorry, did not see that typo before:
You have to write 
uk.me.parabola.mkgmap.reader.osm.MultiPolygonRelation.level=SEVERE
not
uk.me.parabola.mkgmap.reader.osm.MultiPolygonRelation=SEVERE
