[mkgmap-dev] boundary France broken?

Hi Lambertus,

I think the default build doesn't create the files that are needed.
You have to build from source with a small change.
You have to change line 240 in build.xml to look like this:
<exclude name="**/dem/optional/*.java"/>

Then run 
ant dist
to compile.
