[mkgmap-dev] Routing Error Hannover

Hi Chriss,

I can reproduce it with r2644, and I guess it is an old problem.

I don't know why, but the road 
http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/way/23101541
which is tagged with motorcycle=no 
sets this road as not routable for cars because 
motorcar and motorcycle have the same hard coded index.
