[mkgmap-dev] SeaGenerator in overview2 branch

Hi Felix,

I thik I found the problem. If you combine tiles lying west of 180° with tiles 
lying east of 180° mkgmap calculates a huge (wrong) bbox.
Looking for a fix now...
