[mkgmap-dev] Overview map for Africa

Hi Felix,

you can try on your own. See the first post regarding my mkgmap parms, I did
not apply any
patches or changes to create that overview, I just compiled the branch
version and ran it
with --tdbfile and the existing *.img files.
