[mkgmap-dev] issues with tile boundaries

Hi Gerd,
I have downloaded a small map.osm with openstreetmap.org (export tab)
With mkgmap r2526 it looks like this:

The background/overview map is totally offset.

With the patch, I only see the background map, nothing else.
The overview map seems covering the whole map now, because I can see the details when I look at the img file with GPSmapedit.
