[mkgmap-dev] poi-address via style

Hi

The other fields are accessed by setting
   mkgmap:housenumber
   mkgmap:street
   mkgmap:city
   mkgmap:region
   mkgmap:country
   mkgmap:phone
   mkgmap:postal_code

Normally these are just set to the corresponding addr:* value, but
you can experiment trying to set them to different things.
