[mkgmap-dev] Problem with bounds_*.zip

I downloaded bounds_20130308.zip when WanMil announced it in the list 
but yesterday I noticed mkgmap wasn't able to use it. I re-downloaded it 
and now it works fine. Maybe you have the same problem.
