[mkgmap-dev] splitter r246

I've uploaded the defective tile 66923055.osm.pbf.

mkgmap takes a lot more time with this tile. I start 3 threads and
mkgmap is already at a tile number wide above 100 when the message for
tile #55 is displayed.
