[mkgmap-dev] splitter that generates problem list

Hi Klaus,

I see --mixed in your parameter list. I can't say for sure, but I'd say that
the new algorithm may not work correctly with mixed input. It is on my todo
list to find out.
Do you really have a mixed pbf ?
