[mkgmap-dev] OSM-Id accessable in style ?

I would like to skip this mp from my germany map; it is probably broken in de Geofabrik Germany abstract,
so it will be flooded in my map: http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/relation/1685222

Any ideas how this can be done? 
Maybe with osmfilter before I split germany.osm.pbf file?
