[mkgmap-dev] render closed waterway polygons?

Hi Minko,
of course I wont tell you how to create your maps. IT was just a hint, 
that you could also create some additional errors.

At all I would prefer a solution like isClosed() as a 
style-file-function. I think it is more easy to understand.
