[mkgmap-dev] Using zip files

From WanMil wmgcnfg at web.de on Mon Sep 10 20:08:08 BST 2012

the bounds zip file must contain the files without any subdirectory.
The precompiled sea files cannot be provided as zip file (maybe I will
implement this some time in future).
