[mkgmap-dev] [PATCH v4] Precompiled sea

Hi Henning,

yes I think so. The only thing that has to be changed in the converter 
(I didn't post it yet) is that the shape file contains sea polygons and 
not land polygon. I am also not sure if all multipolygons have already 
been compiled to single pure polygons. But that should not be too hard 
to do.
