[mkgmap-dev] Downloading pbf files

Thanks everyone for quick response and confirmation.

I tried Micha's patch to the mimeTypes.rdf, but it seemed to have no 
effect. Maybe it will once the system is restarted. In the meantime I'll 
use SaveAs.
