[mkgmap-dev] [Patch v6] LocationHook with new Quadtree

Hi WanMil,

yes, I would prefer that you do it so that I can learn how it works.
I found so many different ways to implement multi threading in Java (and we
use many different ways in splitter and mkgmap). I simply have no idea which
one is the best for our purposes.
