[mkgmap-dev] Upper case Dutch "IJ"

Hi,
Is it possible to capitilize the Dutch character of Y (spelled as ij) if a (Dutch) name begins with this character?
Garmin makes it Ij in names like IJsselmeer, Het IJ, IJmuiden, IJssel etc.
