[mkgmap-dev] Partially not findable street

Thanks, I've made some changes for Windows and it works for me on Vista 
(32 bit, but don't think that is important), I was not surprised that 
there were problems there!

Yes, I intend to fix this before merging back to trunk. They should all
be in the target directory
