[mkgmap-dev] Splitter doesn't process pbf data created with osmosis 0.39

I confirm I've had the same problem after cutting data from Srtm2Osm 
with osmosis 0.39 [1] and passing it to latest splitter [2]. Didn't test 
with osmosis 0.38 though.
debian testing i386
java version "1.6.0_26"
