[mkgmap-dev] Merge locator branch back to trunk

+1 for merging locator branch back to trunk.
I know it take more time to create a map, but it's actually the only way to make maps searchable for addresses on Nuvis.  
And it would be nice to search for housenumbers and zip codes ;)
Yesterday I've noticed that there also subregions in the address-index (CN Europe-Map). Searching for a suburb leads to the city.
