[mkgmap-dev] [locator] Osmosis parameters required

Try:
osmosis --read-pbf europe.osm.pbf --tf accept-ways 
boundary=administrative --used-node --tf accept-relations 
boundary=administrative --used-way --write-xml boundary.osm

I have't tried it, because I haven't now access to my desktop , but I 
think, this should catch all needed data.
