Someone has added the island 
http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/way/101209929 recently from Bing 
imagery. It is located in a bay that the old lower-resolution coastline 
http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/way/4553957 omits (or specifies as 
mainland).

Both points in the added message are in the new island 
http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/way/101209929. I had to download a 
bit of the surroundings to get the other way. This is good enough for 
now, but if things get complicated, it might be useful to have something 
dumped for the other participating way (mainland coastline) as well.
