[mkgmap-dev] Fwd: Strange effect with --ignore-osm-bounds

The ignore-osm-bounds option really should be removed as ignoring the
bounds is quite likely to lead to all sorts of problems. So there is
nothing really wrong here. Why are you using the option?

Hi,

using the parameter --ignore-osm-bounds results in a strange effect as
you can see in in the attached screenshot.

Additional there are some straight-lined ghost rivers.

German map from cloudemade.com and mkgmap-r1625 and r1760.
